Two to three weeks is ideal, especially for spring and graduation season when weekends fill fast. That said, reach out anytime — we sometimes have last-minute availability and will always tell you straight.
Always. Every cream and add-in has a coconut- or oat-based alternative, and the whole menu can be made fully dairy-free if you let us know your crowd. Allergen info is listed right in the ordering flow.
We comfortably serve events from 40 to 250+ guests. The scan-to-order system means no physical line — guests order from their seats and we ping them when their drink is ready. For very large events we bring a second pourer.
A flat 8×8 ft space, a little shade if we are outdoors in summer. We are fully self-contained otherwise — water, cups, ingredients, and cleanup are all on us.
Absolutely — that is half the fun. You pick which base sodas, syrups, add-ins, and cookies are available, and we can theme flavors or names to your event. Set it all up in advance through your event dashboard.
Pricing depends on guest count, service window, and menu, but most student-org and party bookings land in a friendly flat-rate range. Send an inquiry below and we will reply with a clear quote — no surprises.
